I've done tons of fad diets and tons of unhealthy dieting in the past. I'm done with it, and I'm now doing Weight Watchers to get my weight down and to keep it down while being healthy and being able to enjoy eating, social situations, and just... living my life. Feel free to add me to your friends if you're also trying to diet and lose weight, especially if you're also doing Weight Watchers. Please don't add me if you're starving in an attempt to lose weight... I've been there, and it's just too triggering for me to read.



Weekly Weigh-Ins:
Week One - Mon, Nov 13 - 161.4 lbs
Week Two - Fri, Nov 24 - 156 lbs (5.4 pounds lost!)
Week Three - Fri, Dec 8 (skipped a week) - 154 lbs (2 lbs lost, 7.4 total!)
